What is Thought Field Therapy (TFT)?

Thought field therapy, or TFT is a hands on, easy to use therapy that works by tapping the meridian points on various parts of the body in set sequences specific to the problem being treated. It was discovered by Clinical Psychologist Dr Roger Callahan in 1980 and has been found to be so effective that it is now used by Doctors, Therapists and Psychologists all over the world.

How can TFT help me?

TFT works by tapping into the body’s energy systems in set sequences which promote physical and psychological healing. It can be used to treat a wide range of problems, either on its own or along side other therapies. Thought Field Therapy has been found to be particularly useful in the treatment of stress, anxiety, depression, fears and phobias, OCD, panic attacks, guilt, grief, post traumatic stress disorder, anger problems, addictions (including alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, food, sugar..to name a few) and trauma. In fact it was the treatment of choice adopted by the Chief of Medical Staff in Kosovo for treating war trauma. TFT is also a highly effective drug-free way to reduce chronic pain.
